Our veterinarians are very experienced at diagnosing and treating internal medicine cases. Problems related to kidney, liver disease, intestinal issues, and endocrinology, such as diabetes, Cushing’s disease, and thyroid disease, are treated and managed here daily. After a thorough exam, we will discuss with you further diagnostics, a treatment plan, costs, and the prognosis. We utilize in-house blood work, digital radiography, and ultrasound to help with diagnoses. Our veterinarians and vet tech team work together to provide both outpatient and inpatient personalized treatment for your sick pet. Because we have so many experienced veterinarians in our practice, we can discuss difficult cases among us to get more medical opinions when needed. We are always ready to provide the best care possible for your pet, but we will tailor the individual treatment plan to meet your specific goals.
If we feel your pet needs more advanced care from a specialist, we will discuss referral to a larger hospital, such as the Purdue Veterinary School or one of the Chicagoland referral specialty centers.
