Adult Cat Care

Adult Cat Care

Regular preventive care will help keep your cat healthy for a long lifetime to spend with you and your family. Bringing your cat in for yearly physical exams and bloodwork allows us to detect changes before they become major problems.

We perform a thorough physical examination that includes an evaluation of your cat’s coat, skin, eyes, ears, teeth, heart and lungs, joints, and internal organ systems. We will discuss if any vaccinations are needed for your cat based on age and lifestyle. Discussions of weight management and parasite prevention are needed for both indoor and outdoor cats.
The annual exam is also the perfect opportunity to speak with our doctors about topics such as vaccines, dental care, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle, or age-related changes.
